BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT

At least 30 days notice is required to cancel bookings in the restaurant and private boxes

and gain a full refund. Alternatively, you can reserve another date within the following

three months, subject to availability.

No refund will be given for cancellations made between 14 and 29 days before your

planned visit. However the reservation can be transferred to an alternative date,

again within three months, subject to availability.

No refund and no transfer of booking is available for cancellations made less than

14 days before your scheduled visit.

Outstanding balances must be fully paid up seven days before your visit. Failure to contact

the office seven days prior to your booking date will result in your credit card being

charged automatically.

RESTAURANT

The Brandon Grill restaurant opens at 7pm on Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday nights

(the first race is at 7.30pm) and 6.30pm on Sunday night (the first race is at 7.00pm).

Your table will be held until 8.00pm on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday and

until 7.30pm on Sunday. After those times, vacant tables will be released to other diners.

On arrival in the restaurant, please present the name of the person who placed your

reservation to the restaurant staff. You will then be allocated your table. We will do our best

to accommodate your seating requests, but we cannot guarantee this. Most of our tables

seat four people, and there is restricted viewing in certain areas of the restaurant..

ALL TABLES WILL BE ALLOCATED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.

There is a ‘No Smoking’ policy in the restaurant. If you wish to smoke, please go

to the designated areas.

PRIVATE BOXES

The private boxes ( the Oaks, Derby and Eclipse ) and the Diamond Lounge can be

accessed by a private staircase next to the stadium reception. Please ensure you have

your passes ready for the security staff. Please note that if, in our opinion, the room

requires excessive cleaning or repair, after your party, an additional charge will be made.

SELECT 7 & OTHER PACKAGES

Select 7 & Other Packages allows entrance to the Satdium, Understand, Track Side & Brandon Bar. The Select 7 package does not include the curry deal.

There is NO RESERVED SEATING with these packages. Tickets are to be collected at the

turnstiles on the evening & are vaild for the date shown on the tickets. Non Transferable.

DRESS CODE

Dress code in the restaurant, private boxes and Diamond Lounge is smart casual

(i.e. shirt with collar and smart trousers).
